Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any application operated by Purple Fern LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our applications, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

5. User Content

If our apps allow you to create or submit content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the app's functionality to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our apps is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Purple Fern LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Purple Fern LLC and its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our apps or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
